What format are the courses?

Each course consists of a series of slides with an accompanying audio lecture. All courses are delivered online (internet connection required). The online course system allows you to keep track of your progress, navigate the course at your own pace, and receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the course. A written transcript of the course(s) you are enrolled in can be made available upon request.

Who teaches the courses? What CE provider certifications does the instructor have?

Shakti Giulietta Madrigal-Pingol (Giulietta) is the instructor for all courses. Giulietta is a CAMFT and AASECT Approved CE provider.

How do you accommodate for disability?

How will I get my certificate of completion?

To receive CE credit, you must complete the course, pass a quiz, and fill out the course evaluation. After completing these steps, your certificate will be generated and presented to you through our online course system. You may save this certificate to your computer, print it for your records, or access it at any time by logging into the online course system.

What if I have a grievance or would like a refund?

Refunds may be considered for participants who are unable to complete the online course due to technical incompatibilities. For grievances, please contact Giulietta at info@sextherapycourses.com and she will respond to inquiries within three business days. Giulietta will clarify the complains and collaborate with you until a desired resolution is reached.

Who is eligible for CAMFT CEs?

As a CEPA Provider, Embodied Education courses are approved for CAMFT CE credits for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) in California.

What is AASECT? What are AASECT CEs used for?

AASECT stands for the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification. Completion of this program does not ensure or guarantee AASECT certification.
